About AGA Appliance Service
AGA Appliance Service is a locally owned, family-operated appliance repair company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. For over 4 years, our technicians have served homeowners across seven counties in North and South Carolina, with a 5.0-star average rating and same-day service available 7 days a week.
Your Local Appliance Repair Experts
AGA Appliance Service was founded in 2022 with one goal in mind: bring honest, expert appliance repair to Charlotte homeowners who deserve better than the runaround big repair chains offer. We saw too many neighbors paying for overpriced diagnostics, waiting days for parts, and getting unclear answers about what was actually wrong with their appliances.
We built AGA to be different. Every repair starts with a real diagnosis and an upfront quote, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before any work begins. Our technicians are factory-trained on every major brand, from Samsung and LG to Sub-Zero, Viking, and Thermador, and we carry quality parts on our service vans so most repairs are finished in a single visit.
As a family-owned business based right here in the Charlotte metro, we treat every home we enter the way we would want our own homes treated. That is why Charlotte families have trusted us with their refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers since day one.

Our Promise
Our Service Promise to Charlotte Homeowners
The four principles that guide every repair we complete, in every Charlotte home we enter.
Honesty First
If your appliance isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you. We never recommend a fix that doesn't make financial sense for you.
On Time, Every Time
We give you a confirmed appointment window, not an all-day waiting game. If we're ever running late, you hear from us first.
Fair, Transparent Pricing
Upfront quotes before any work begins. No hidden fees, no upsells, no surprise charges when the repair is done.
Respect for Your Home
We wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths, and clean up after every repair. Your home leaves our visit cleaner than we found it.
